Our company is mainly engaged in ultra-precision cutting and ultra-small hole high-speed drilling, mainly for resin and metal. (Minimum hole diameter 0.03 mm, minimum wall thickness between holes 0.015 mm, maximum number of holes 30,000, minimum slitting 0.1 mm, minimum wall thickness 0.1 mm)
To meet the needs of our customers for high quality, high-mix, small lots, and short delivery times, we control the temperature and humidity in the factory and inspection room, as well as the production of original blades and process control, and conduct in-process and pre-shipment inspections using CNC image measuring instruments.
